Serving as the Guest Services & Retail Specialist, she is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every visit is smooth, welcoming, and personalized. Her approachable demeanor and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Imagine team.
With over 20 years of industry experience—including roles as a Hairstylist, Guest Services Coordinator, and Spa Manager—Sam brings a deep understanding of salon and spa services as well as client care. She combines her background in high-end retail and hospitality with expert product knowledge to guide guests through every aspect of their visit, from booking tailored appointments to recommending at-home care solutions. I had a delightful appointment with Ian for my first hair cut and style with him. He took time before my appointment to ask several questions to know my occupation, hair type, concerns and challenges due to being in the healthcare profession - wearing heavy headgear, hair caps, face shields etc... all day and how frustrating it has been with hair care. He was a wealth of information and help!! I enjoyed the appointment as if we were old friends. grin Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love Imagine Salon and Spa! Ian has done a phenomenal job helping me grow out my hair and worked his magic on creating a beautiful colour! From Ashley and Kim at the front counter, to Rae and Myah in the spa, everyone is so warm and friendly while also being super professional. I highly recommend!
