How should I prep for my Lash lift appointment?
- For best results, do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 2-4 days prior to treatment.
- Avoid using any oil based products on eyes prior to lash lift as this interferes with the lifting results.
- If you have lash extensions they need to be removed by a professional at least 3 days to 1 week prior to appointment.
- Come with a clean washed face no makeup.
- Remove contact lenses before appointment.
What are the aftercare steps?
- Avoid all water, saunas and heavy exercise for 24 to 48 hours after your service as this may weaken the effect of the lift.
- Be gentle with your lashes, do not rub your eyes within 24 hours as your lashes are still setting as this may affect how they set.
- Avoid eye makeup for 24 hours after treatment.

Who should avoid this service?
Clients who are pregnant, nursing, have chronic dry eyes, conjunctivitis, damaged lashes with gaps, eye infections, trichotillomania, have recently undergone chemotherapy or have extremely short natural lashes. You need to wait a year after having Lasik or blepharoplasty surgery.
Will it damage my natural lashes?
Absolutely not. Your technician has received professional, advanced training and has confidently performed this service many times.
Can I use it with an eyelash growth serum/conditioner?
Yes absolutely! its actually recommended as this will keep your lashes soft, strong and healthy! Keep in mind your lashes may grow/shed faster but the combination has great results since the serum may make your lashes longer without affecting the curl from the lift. Ask your esthetician for serum recommendations that can be picked up from our retail shelves.
Does the lash lift procedure hurt?
No the procedure is totally painless. You will have your eyes closed for the entire treatment and although it may feel a little strange being unable to open your eyes for this time, it offers you a chance to relax during the treatment.
What if I have a reaction?
If any subsequent irritation occurs in 24 hrs after your service, such as redness, itching or inflammation, apply a cold compress and contact your physician and esthetician ASAP.
