Jocelyn Melanson provides strategic leadership and operational direction for the company’s family of salons and spas across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, including Imagine Salon & Spa in Halifax, Inspire Salon & Medi Spa in Quispamsis, and Shades of Colour in Saint John. With over 40 years of experience in the salon and spa industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge in business growth, team development, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Jocelyn believes that a successful business starts with people. She is passionate about helping her team recognize their potential, discover new possibilities, and grow into confident professionals and leaders. By creating opportunities for development, encouraging continuous learning, and empowering teams to succeed, she works to build a culture where people feel valued, inspired, and motivated to do their best.

Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves getting outdoors with her Golden Retriever, making time to recharge and enjoy the simple things in life.

I had a delightful appointment with Ian for my first hair cut and style with him. He took time before my appointment to ask several questions to know my occupation, hair type, concerns and challenges due to being in the healthcare profession - wearing heavy headgear, hair caps, face shields etc... all day and how frustrating it has been with hair care. He was a wealth of information and help!! I enjoyed the appointment as if we were old friends. grin Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love Imagine Salon and Spa! Ian has done a phenomenal job helping me grow out my hair and worked his magic on creating a beautiful colour! From Ashley and Kim at the front counter, to Rae and Myah in the spa, everyone is so warm and friendly while also being super professional. I highly recommend!
