Joanne especially enjoys colour services and continues to expand her knowledge and skills with the Goldwell colour line. She believes in continuing education and staying current with new techniques, products, and trends so she can offer her clients the best possible experience.

Outside of the salon, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors. One of her favourite ways to unwind is taking walks along the trails and enjoying the peace and beauty of nature.

I had a delightful appointment with Ian for my first hair cut and style with him. He took time before my appointment to ask several questions to know my occupation, hair type, concerns and challenges due to being in the healthcare profession - wearing heavy headgear, hair caps, face shields etc... all day and how frustrating it has been with hair care. He was a wealth of information and help!! I enjoyed the appointment as if we were old friends. grin Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love Imagine Salon and Spa! Ian has done a phenomenal job helping me grow out my hair and worked his magic on creating a beautiful colour! From Ashley and Kim at the front counter, to Rae and Myah in the spa, everyone is so warm and friendly while also being super professional. I highly recommend!
