She loves connecting with people, having great conversations, and creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and cared for.
Cindy especially enjoys makeovers and helping clients discover a look that makes them feel refreshed and confident. With a strong interest in colour formulation, she enjoys finding the right shades to complement each client. She also loves deep conditioning and restorative treatments that improve the health, shine, and overall condition of the hair. Cindy is always excited to continue learning about new products and techniques that allow her to provide the best possible results for her clients.
For Cindy, the best part of her work is seeing clients leave feeling beautiful, confident, and happy with their hair. She values building genuine connections and creating an experience that makes clients look forward to their next visit.
Outside of the salon, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors in nature and Latin dancing.

I had a delightful appointment with Ian for my first hair cut and style with him. He took time before my appointment to ask several questions to know my occupation, hair type, concerns and challenges due to being in the healthcare profession - wearing heavy headgear, hair caps, face shields etc... all day and how frustrating it has been with hair care. He was a wealth of information and help!! I enjoyed the appointment as if we were old friends. grin Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love Imagine Salon and Spa! Ian has done a phenomenal job helping me grow out my hair and worked his magic on creating a beautiful colour! From Ashley and Kim at the front counter, to Rae and Myah in the spa, everyone is so warm and friendly while also being super professional. I highly recommend!

I have been a client of Imagine Salon and Spa for more than 15 years and now my family goes to Imagine Salon as well. They provide excellent service and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Imagine!
