Sam is the welcoming, professional presence behind the exceptional client experience at Imagine Salon & Spa. As Guest Service Manager, she helps lead the front desk team and ensures every client feels welcomed, cared for, and supported from the moment they arrive. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and passion for creating a seamless experience make her an integral part of the Imagine team.
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including roles as a Hairstylist, Guest Services Coordinator, and Spa Manager, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge in salon and spa services, client care, and team support. Her background in high-end retail and hospitality, combined with her strong product knowledge, allows her to guide clients through every aspect of their visit, from booking the right services to finding the perfect at-home care products. She loves helping create the little details that turn a regular appointment into a memorable experience.
Outside of Imagine, Sam enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through running, and cheering on or participating in her favourite sports. Whether she’s keeping busy on the go or enjoying time with the people who matter most, Sam brings that same energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Thanks so so much for an amazing experience at Imagine salon and spa, had a complimentary hand / arm massage while I waited for my color to set WOW what AMAZINGLY wonderful bunch of people that REALLY know what their doing, not to mention nice wine to drink while getting your work done, completely 100% satisfied grin emoticon I will most definitely spread the word!

I had a delightful appointment with Ian for my first hair cut and style with him. He took time before my appointment to ask several questions to know my occupation, hair type, concerns and challenges due to being in the healthcare profession - wearing heavy headgear, hair caps, face shields etc... all day and how frustrating it has been with hair care. He was a wealth of information and help!! I enjoyed the appointment as if we were old friends. grin Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love Imagine Salon and Spa! Ian has done a phenomenal job helping me grow out my hair and worked his magic on creating a beautiful colour! From Ashley and Kim at the front counter, to Rae and Myah in the spa, everyone is so warm and friendly while also being super professional. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Imagine Salon & Spa for many years. Amazing environment. Customer experience is a top priority. Everybody who works there is friendly, polite and out going.
