Meet Nancy Spencer, a Master Instructor Stylist and Goldwell Educator with over 22 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in colour, cutting, blonding, and extensions, with a passion for creating customized looks that complement each client’s personal style, features, and lifestyle.

Throughout her career, Nancy has owned and operated her own salon for nearly 20 years, taught cosmetology, and mentored the next generation of hairstylists. Education continues to be a major part of her work, and she loves staying current with new techniques, trends, and colour technology.

Nancy especially enjoys colour transformations, dimensional blondes, customized colour, precision cutting, and extensions. As a Goldwell Educator, she has a strong passion for the Goldwell colour line and is also certified in fusion and tape-in extensions. She believes great hair should have dimension, shine, movement, and most importantly, feel completely personalized to the client.

Her goal is for every client to feel comfortable, listened to, and confident that they are in experienced hands. She wants each appointment to feel like dedicated time for them, with clients leaving refreshed, beautiful, and excited about their hair.

Outside of the salon, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She is also a proud hockey mom and can often be found at the rink cheering them on.
